Guided Meditation – Grounding

This guided meditation establishes embodied mindfulness by first using external bodily sensations, then internal bodily sensations, and finally a combination of both.

Grounding is part of the foundational skillset for mindfulness meditation. It can be practiced at any point during the day, as a primary method for formal meditation practice, or as a way to begin any other style of mindfulness meditation.
