Guided Meditation – Grounding

This guided meditation establishes embodied mindfulness by first using external bodily sensations, then internal bodily sensations, and finally a combination of both.

Grounding is part of the foundational skillset for mindfulness meditation. It can be practiced at any point during the day, as a primary method for formal meditation practice, or as a way to begin any other style of mindfulness meditation.

This guided, 11-minute meditation establishes embodied mindfulness by first using external bodily sensations, then internal bodily sensations, and finally a combination of both.

This guided meditation can also be found on the Insight Timer app. Follow me there for more guided meditations and Dharma sharing in the future. Here is my teacher profile: Matthew Hahn – Insight Timer
